Dinners with the Winemaker
There’s something uniquely special that happens when great food, thoughtful hospitality, and expressive wines come together at the same table.
Over the years, we’ve watched our guests form genuine connections—not only with Nick’s cooking and the care our team brings to the service, but also with Sina’s wine selection.
These connections are what inspired our series of winemaker dinner.
Each evening is a collaboration—an opportunity for our team to work closely with the winemaker, and for you to experience their wines in a deeper way. Beyond simply tasting, you’ll discover the “why” behind each bottle: the land, the decisions, and the passion that shape every pour, all paired with a menu designed to bring it to life.

Before settling in France, Nick opened his very first restaurant in New Zealand — Paris Butter.
This year marks an incredible milestone as Paris Butter celebrates its 10th anniversary, and to honour the occasion, we’re bringing Paris Butter to France for an exclusive takeover event.
For this special celebration, Zenon — co-owner and chef of Paris Butter — will be joining us to recreate the flavours, creativity, and spirit that made Paris Butter one of New Zealand’s most celebrated dining destinations.
