Nick & Sina Honeyman

Nick is a South African born Australian who has spent 15 years residing in New Zealand. Nick is classically French trained as well as modern Japanese. He worked in some of the best restaurant in Sydney, Tokyo (Sakai Hirotia, La Rochelle), Paris (Pascal Barbot, L'Astrance) and (Alain Passard, L'Arpège) as well as in Auckland (French Café) before opening his own restaurants (Paris Butter, Auckland).

Sina is a remarkable sommelier with a thoughtful, international wine list and connection focused service. She , too, has an international background; born and raised in Germany, but having spent her adult life in Italy, the UK, America and New Zealand.

Together with their two young daughters they have fully embraced Saint-Léon as their home and are thankful that the village embraced them, too.
